Ryan Gillis – Vice President/ Salesman

Mr. Gillis is our Executive Vice President and has been since our company’s inception. He and his wife Jill live in Largo, the same city in which he was born in 1975.

Mr. Gillis has excelled in all of his activities throughout high school and college, as evidenced by his being captain of his high school football team and weight lifting team, participant with All-Star Teams, All State weight lifting honors, a three sport letterman and voted most athletic of his senior class of 1993. During his tenure at the University of Central Florida on a full football scholarship, he led his team to its most successful year, received All Star honors, and received the Academic/Athletic Achievement Award in 1998, while being listed on the honor roll six times. He graduated in 1998 with a double major of a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, while maintaining a grade point average of 3.5.

Mr. Gillis then pursued an athletic career, playing football in the Arena Football League and then the Xtreme Football League.

It was at this point that the family real estate business called him into service as the office manager for VIEWPOINT Realty International until he received his real estate license in 2002. Mr. Gillis’ success with his real estate career as a multi-million dollar producer, can only be matched by his success on the athletic field.

Mr. Gillis is a specialist in Commercial Properties, hotels/motels and Residential Real Estate.
