Dave Browning

Dave Browning moved from Cincinnati  in 2001 with his wife, Jan, and son, Beau.  He was the Director of Adult Probation for twenty years.  Dave began his real estate career primarily in the beach communities.  He and his wife own a vacation rental business in Redington Shores .  He serves on the Redington Shores Planning and Zoning Board and is very active in the community.

Dave has expanded his real estate expertise by specializing in new developments and condominium conversions having sold all the major projects on the beach.  He appreciates the opportunity that Viewpoint Realty International, Inc. provides specifically the exposure to the international market.

Bill first started in the Real Estate business in 1975. In 1976 he became a broker and started his own Real Estate business. In 1978 he combined his Real Estate with a contruction/development business and specialized in apratment and town house projects. In 1992, Bill moved to Texas and developed a quarter horse racing farm. Bill moved to Ocala, FL and renewed his license and became part of the Viewpoint Realty Team. Bill's specialties are horse farms and development properties.

John has been a multi-million dollar Realty  Consultant since 1989.  He specializes in Clearwater Beach waterfront  properties, as well as Clearwater, Largo, Seminole, Saint  Petersburg.  He has sold properties in every city in Pinellas County.   John specializes in Internet Marketing Techniques to obtain full exposure for all his  listings.  His hobbies are Bodybuilding and all sports in General,  including winning the Mr. Tampa Bay heavyweight title in 2000.  He  has many Canadian Clients and customers from the northern  states.   John is from Buffalo, N.Y. and moved to Largo in 1987.  John says: "My job is  to help people make good decisions".  "Building trusting relationships  based on honesty, and treating every customer as family is the  key"

Since 1981, Ron has helped 1000s of clients meet their real estate goals. During a career that includes experience in residential homes, vacation/resort homes, investment purchases and business opportunities, Ron uses his competitive skills to find the "best deals" for his clients.
He has "hands on" experience in golf course operations.
