Job Duties:
• Preparing reports, illustrate data and interpreting findings on Tampa Bay and Florida Real Estate Market such as residential and commercial property sales and Comparative Market Analysis.
• Collecting and analyzing data on customers and their buying habits to identify potential real estate buyers in Florida.
• Maintain a record of all sales generated by the company.
• Managing the company’s marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedln, Google, Crelix, LoopNet, Multiple Listing Service (MLS), BizbySell, My Florida Commercial Real Estate, and the company’s website.
• Working with IDX websites and CRM tools such as Zillow Premier Agent, Real Geeks, and Hubspot
• Leading direct engagement and communication with our customers to increase service quality including messaging content, creative presentation, surveys and questionnaires.

• Forecasting, marketing and sales trends in local market as well as the State of Florida.
• Generating leads and converting them into customers for example automated conversations and follow-up with potential clients through marketing tools BoldLeads or Boom Town.
• Creating graphics for social media posts, announcements, photographs of the property, managing content on the company’s website, and auctions.
• Developing marketing budgets to execute short-term and long-term marketing plans.
• Gathering data on real estate market competitors and analyzing their prices, sales and method of marketing.

Work Schedule:
• Number of hours per week: 40 hours per week
• Daily Work Schedule: Mon to Fri 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Education: Associate of Science Degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Accounting

Experience: 3 years of experience in the job offered or closely related occupation. Experience to include, 3 years of experience in:

• Preparing reports on Tampa Bay and Florida Real Estate Market such as residential and commercial property sales and Comparative Market Analysis.
• Creating graphics for social media posts, announcements, photographs of the property, managing content on the company’s website, and auctions.
• Developing marketing budgets to execute short-term and long-term marketing plans.
